Join our team and you will work with colleagues across the business to create a best-in-class management information system. The objective? To gather, collate and analyse the performance data we need to drive continuous improvement. Whether looking at customer data, financial performance or training centre activity, you will use your knowledge to produce performance reports, support market research, gather actionable intelligence and identify emerging developments and trends both within CompEx and the wider industry. Monitoring competitor and stakeholder activity will, of course, be an essential part of the challenge.

What we’re looking for

Your first-class analytical ability – ideally gained in a similar business insight role – must be supported by advanced Microsoft Excel skills and competence in Microsoft Office. Strong numerical, literacy and project management skills will be vital to your success, and any exposure to market research methodologies and principles will be a distinct advantage.
