Customer Care Coordinator – Wrexham

Working closely with our Service Manager in Wrexham, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We will rely on you to deliver and develop helpdesk support, provide online advice, run webinars and engage in other initiatives to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This will include referring customers to technical specialists where necessary while maintaining ownership of the enquiry until it is resolved. You will also coordinate research into evolving customer needs and business opportunities, and work with colleagues to on-board new customers and get them up and running as quickly as possible.

What we’re looking for

As an experienced administrator, you will combine proven experience in a customer service role with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will also be an excellent project manager who can manage customer enquiries – and expectations – with both confidence and creativity. Good numerical and IT skills are, of course, essential – and specific knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and account management processes would be a distinct advantage.
