Job description

We don’t just talk about equality and diversity at JTL. As one of the country’s largest work-based learning providers, we are passionately committed to promoting diversity and equality across our own business and the wider building services engineering sector. That’s why your skills matter to us. As part of our team, you will do more than deliver our E&D business plan and develop our E&D policies. You will coordinate our various E&D initiatives, define best practice, provide relevant training and work with external partners to transform E&D objectives into real-world solutions and results.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an Equality and Diversity role
  • Strong safeguarding experience, including knowledge of Prevent strategies
  • A good working knowledge of Equality and Diversity related legislation
  • Strong statistical analysis skills would be useful
  • Competent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • First-class communication, organisational and team skills
  • Student welfare experience would be an advantage
  • Ideally a degree-level education
