Regional Business Manager – Yorkshire and the North East of England

As Regional Business Manager, you will manage and deliver a Regional Business Plan that builds on our financial performance, enhances the effectiveness of the JTL training centres and harnesses the full potential of our people.
We’re not just talking about managing budgets and resources. You will makes sure that we live our values, market ourselves properly and continuously improve the way we do things. This will include building strong relationships with external parties and overseeing the negotiation of training provider contract, of course. But equally importantly, it will involve inspiring and motivating our staff and working with our Quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment team to ensure that our regional teams have the knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving market place.
What we’re looking for

Educated to HNC level or equivalent with 6 good O Levels/GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English (A-C)

Proven business management experience, ideally within the building services engineering or related industries

Proven line management or supervisory experience

Excellent IT skills including the use of databases or CRM systems

First class communication and presentation skills

Ideally some experience of work-based learning and Government-funded training provisions.

Driving licence.
