Your role? To work closely with the Product Manager, subject matter experts and the Qualifications Team to develop high quality, relevant and engaging content and publications for our instructors, assessors, customers and learners. Beyond managing existing resources, you will help develop, produce and launch new resources and publications. This will include collecting data, gathering performance metrics and using your initiative to identify ways of improving the learner experience. We will also rely on you to maintain an in-depth understanding of all CompEx products.

Educated to at least Level 3, you will need experience of working in a vocational education and training setting that uses e-Learning and LMS platforms. Your excellent data manipulation and reporting skills must be matched by proven ability to write technical and educational documentation. Good proofreading and problem-solving skills are also essential, and you should have strong time management and customer service abilities. Any project management, marketing, publications or CRM experience would, of course, be a distinct advantage.
